These are 100% hand poured rubber with a naturally tacky surface that clings to virtually any smooth surface. If the surface starts to lose its tack, simply wash the holder with warm water (and mild, lotion free soap if it's really dirty) and blot dry with a lint free cloth. The tack is back.
